As the weather gets chillier and it starts to get darker earlier, this time of year is the ideal time to cozy up with a good book. A new store in Bergen County can help you do just that — enter Motif Books. Located inside Paramus Park Mall at 700 Paramus Park #1045, Motif is a bookstore providing both new and used books. Read on for more about Bergen County’s newest bookstore, Motif.
Situated on the first floor of Paramus Park Mall is Motif Books, an independent bookstore selling “Mostly used, sometimes new — always loved” books, per its Instagram bio. The bookstore opened at the beginning of October and is located near Macy’s in store #1045.

Motif took to Instagram to announce its opening earlier this fall:

In addition to the new and used books scattered throughout the store, Motif also buys used books. There is just about every genre on the shelves, from fiction, nonfiction, and romance to kids’ books, college books, medical books, and more.
The spot prides itself on having thousands of excellent-condition used books that are “waiting to find their next reader.” For the holiday season, there is currently a selection of festive books on offer (see below for a sneak peek).
