Robby’s Pizza, a New Sourdough Pizzeria, Is Coming to Ridgewood

There’s another new spot joining Ridgewood’s restaurant scene. Robby’s Pizza, a new pizzeria from North Jersey restaurateur Robby Corujo, is coming soon to downtown Ridgewood. Corujo is also behind Wayne Ale House + Little Falls Tavern in Passaic County. Per The Ridgewood Blog, the new pizza concept will specialize in crispy sourdough pies. About Robby’s Pizza

Robby’s Pizza is the latest concept from restaurateur Robby Corujo, whose North Jersey restaurants include Wayne Ale House + Little Falls Tavern, as well as the former Public House 46. According to The Ridgewood Blog, Robby’s Pizza will focus on sourdough pies made with naturally fermented dough, resulting in a crispy + airy crust.

The restaurant has also started teasing its Ridgewood debut on its official Instagram account. In a recent post, Robby’s Pizza announced that it is “coming soon to Ridgewood, NJ” and described its pizza as having big flavor + serious crunch. The team has not yet publicly announced the exact Ridgewood address or released additional menu details.

When Is Robby’s Pizza Opening in Ridgewood?

An official opening date for Robby’s Pizza has not yet been announced. The restaurant has said that more opening details are coming soon.
