What to Know About Mahwah’s Clean-Up Day

This town-wide clean-up helps Mahwah residents clear out items they no longer need. On Sunday, May 3rd, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, participants can place approved items at the curb. Residents can also sign up in advance to receive a free Curb Alert sign and be included on a map of participating homes.

During event hours, items can be left at the curb as part of the clean-up effort. After 1:00 PM, anything left should be brought back inside or scheduled for pickup through discounted junk removal services. All items must be cleared from curbs by 5:00 PM, per township guidelines.
