New Jersey-based brunch spot Hatch 44 Cafe is expanding to Bergen County. With other locations in Metuchen and Bradley Beach, the cafe’s third Garden State location will open in Ridgewood at 60 East Ridgewood Avenue. The Ridgewood Location
Hatch 44 Cafe’s newest locale will be opening in downtown Ridgewood, New Jersey at 60 East Ridgewood Avenue. Taking over the former Town + Country Apothecary, it will be located near other Ridgewood staples like Sook Pastry, Felina, Raymond’s, and Ridgewood Coffee Company.

The Hatch 44 team announced the news of the Ridgewood store via Instagram on October 17th:

As of this writing, it is unknown when Hatch 44 Cafe plans to make its official debut in Ridgewood. The Bergen Girl has reached out to the team and this post will be updated with any other information.
About Hatch 44 Cafe
Hatch 44 Cafe is a trendy spot that is best known for its delicious brunch. Our Jersey Shore Girl team can confirm that the Bradley Beach location is one of our favorite spots for brunch dishes and coffee drinks. The first Hatch 44 location opened in Metuchen back in 2017, and the brand expanded to the Jersey Shore a few years later.
On the menu, visitors will find a wide selection of brunch plates, seasonal offerings, coffee drinks, pitchers of fresh juice, and more. Some options include empanadas, spicy avocado toast, a Fiesta Scramble egg bowl with chorizo, a chickpea omelet, classic French toast, Oreo- and Nutella-topped pancakes, lox benedict, and birria grilled cheese, among other dishes. On the drink side, there is a selection of flavored lattes, matcha lattes, vanilla chai, cappuccinos, espresso, organic loose-leaf tea, hot chocolate, fresh orange juice, and more.
