What’s on the Menu

From an early look at the menu, Gourmand appears to be a dinner-focused concept with starters, entrées, desserts, and a curated wine list. Some of the currently highlighted dishes include a reworked Caesar salad, wagyu lasagna, yakitori, and Korean BBQ fried oysters. Entrée options like a spicy rigatoni + a birria ramen point to a playful, globally influenced approach, while steak selections add a more classic option to the lineup.
