Inside the Space and What to Expect
Exposed brick walls paired with bright white interiors create a space that feels both charming + modern. The dining room is small and inviting, giving it more of a neighborhood gathering vibe than a typical restaurant. The menu focuses on comforting, elevated café fare with thoughtful touches and seasonal changes that keep things fresh. Everything is made in-house with care, ensuring nothing is from a can or jar and that ingredients are locally sourced: even the soda is made on-site. From light plates to hearty entrées, there’s enough to satisfy different cravings (and dietary restrictions) without feeling overwhelmed.

What Team BG Ordered
Carli from Team BG started with the rotating deviled eggs, a dish that’s not usually her go-to, but ended up being the best bite of the meal. The beet deviled eggs had the ideal balance of flavor and color, putting a creative spin on a classic favorite. Another appetizer ordered was a plate of hummus with fresh vegetables and warm pita, which made for a great way to ease into the rest of the meal.
When it came to mains, Carli asked her waiter, Anthony, for a few recommendations. The burger came up as a “famous must-try,” so it joined the Mediterranean salad on the table. Anthony was spot on—the burger did not disappoint. Stacked high on a brioche bun and served with hand-cut fries, it lived up to the hype. The Mediterranean salad with grilled shrimp was equally impressive + fresh.
What tied everything together was the lineup of house-made sauces. The ranch, in particular, stood out with a creamy texture and subtle dill flavor, so good that an extra order was taken to go.
