Menu Highlights
Bear Donut’s New Jersey location, the brand’s first and only Garden State outpost, is officially opening on January 18th and will bring the same playful, flavor-forward menu found at its NYC shop. The brand is best known for its mochi doughnuts and brioche-based creations, and it also offers breakfast doughnut sandwiches that combine cool flavors with a twist on classic morning treats.

According to Bear Donut’s social media, flavors vary daily, but the NYC location regularly features favorites like the Bear Mochi doughnut topped with sugar, cheddar, and cinnamon, as well as glazed mochi doughnuts in toasted coconut, pistachio, raspberry yogurt, and cookies and cream. The menu also includes a rotating lineup of seasonal and holiday-inspired treats with themed decorations. Past offerings have included Christmas tree designs during the holidays, and bat-shaped sprinkles for Halloween, and the shop is currently promoting Valentine’s Day–inspired treats that double as a sweet + giftable treat.
The cream-filled brioche doughnuts are indulgent and totally Instagrammable (they are legit stacked up), with cool combinations such as tiramisu and crème brûlée.
In addition to doughnuts, Bear Donut also serves coffee + specialty matcha drinks in flavors like ube, blue coconut, and dirty chai, with rotating seasonal beverages available as well.
