FIAT House is a luxury apartment complex in Fort Lee with more than 300 thoughtfully designed residences. The first building opened in June 2024 + was fully leased within three months. The second building just opened and is now accepting applications for new residents.
“We were focused on filling a void in the Fort Lee market. Our homes are efficiently sized but beautifully designed, so we’re able to offer a luxury product at an entry-level price point,” Katie Yook with UNLMTD Real Estate told The Bergen Girl.
