This crafty pop-up event takes place in Ridgewood’s Van Neste Square and showcases fine art + crafts from local New Jersey artisans, including painters, photographers, jewelers, and more.

Artisan Market | Fort Lee

Fort Lee’s Artisan Market is held multiple times a year from spring to winter, showcasing local artists and offering visitors the opportunity to purchase their handmade work.

Bergen County College Fair | Ramapo

The Bergen County College Fair features representatives from around 200 colleges, nursing schools, business schools + trade schools. It also hosts information sessions covering the college search process + financial aid to help educate families and aspiring students.

Bergen County Fall Harvest Festival | Ridgefield Park

Bergen County’s Fall Harvest Festival is a three-day celebration held in September. It features exhibits, a craft fair, local vendors, live entertainment, family-friendly activities, food, and more.

Bergen Town Center Artisan Market | Paramus

The Bergen Town Center Artisan Market features 25+ local artisans and vendors selling handcrafted jewelry, home decor, pet products, handmade gifts, and more. It is hosted inside the Bergen Town Center in Paramus.

Carlstadt Summer Concert Series | Carlstadt

This four-month concert series is hosted on Tuesday nights from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and features live music performances.

Dream Asia Food Fest | East Rutherford

Each year, American Dream hosts the Dream Asia Food Fest, featuring a variety of Asian food vendors + small businesses. Live performances from local musicians and K-pop groups are also held throughout the event.

Elmwood Park Everything Flea + Collectible Monthly Market | Elmwood Park

Food Truck Festival | Paramus

The Paramus Food Truck Festival, held at Paramus Park Mall, includes 20+ gourmet food trucks, live music, pony rides, a petting zoo, mini golf, and a variety of other activities.

Hermitage Outdoor Craft Fair | Ho-Ho-Kus

Ho-Ho-Kus’ outdoor craft fair showcases the talents of local artisans + crafters selling artwork, unique crafts, handmade goods, and more. Visitors can also engage in workshops + live demonstrations.

Lost Brook Trail Race | Tenafly

Tenafly’s Lost Brook Trail Race is a 5K + 10K run through Tenafly Nature Center’s 400-acre preserve. A portion of the proceeds goes to Tenafly Nature Center, and the run records are kept on its website.

Lunar New Year Spectacular | East Rutherford

American Dream hosts this month-long series of festive events each year, including fashion shows, traditional dances, and music from live bands.

Mile Long Street Fair + Food Truck Fest | Montvale

Montvale’s Mile Long Street Fair features over 150 vendors, a kids’ area, a community section, two food courts, and continuous live entertainment. Performances by local dance schools, karate clubs, and more will also be held.

Mitsuwa Summer Festival | Edgewater

This summer festival is held at Edgewater’s Mitsuwa Marketplace and features Taiko drummers, traditional Japanese dance performances, pop-ups from local vendors, and opportunities to try ramen noodles, okonomiyaki (Japanese pancakes), and other Japanese delicacies.

Northern NJ BBQ Festival | Garfield

Garfield’s annual BBQ festival features BBQ dishes from around the world, a beer garden, live music performances, and a kids’ Adventure Zone.

Orchard of Lights | Hillsdale

Demarest Farms hosts an annual light show with 32 acres of light displays, s’more making, and photo opportunities with Santa. Attendees must make a reservation in advance via their website.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel’s Annual Feast | Lyndhurst

Our Lady of Mount Carmel’s Annual Feast is a tradition spanning over 100 years, and features live music, food vendors, artisan makers, rides, and more.

Pickle Palooza | Teaneck

Pickle Palooza is a pickle-themed festival with pickle-inspired food + drinks, live music, vendors, pickle-themed activities, and more. 

Pinkster Spring Festival | River Edge

This festival is a Dutch spring celebration featuring a dance ensemble, historic viewings, refreshments, and family-friendly activities. Ticket reservations are encouraged and cost $12 for adults, $7 for students, and are free for BCHS members.

Ridgewood Fall Craft + Art Street Fair | Ridgewood

The Ridgewood Street Fair features arts + crafts from local artisans, a food court, and family-friendly entertainment.

South Bergen PrideFest | Rutherford

Formerly known as the Rutherford PrideFest, this festival celebrates Pride Month + the LGBTQIA+ community with live performances, pop-ups from local vendors, and art showcases.

Spring Fling Street Fair | Hasbrouck Heights

This popular spring event features over 100 merchants + exhibitors, food trucks, kids’ entertainment, live music, and a crafter’s section.

State Fair Meadowlands | East Rutherford

State Fair Meadowlands is hosted at American Dream and features over 100 rides, a variety of games, and over 50 food vendors selling classic carnival treats like corn dogs, fried Oreos, frozen drinks, and more. Visitors can also enjoy a petting zoo, circus, and magic shows.

The event will not be held in 2026 due to the FIFA World Cup, but will return in 2027.

Street Fair + Craft Show | Fair Lawn

Fair Lawn’s Street Fair + Craft Show includes arts + crafts, vendor shopping, live music, kids’ rides, and food vendors.

Summer Arts Festival | Ridgefield Park

The Ridgefield Park Summer Arts Festival is an opportunity for locals to support local vendors while enjoying music, live dance performances, and art showcases.

Tenafly Pride Parade | Tenafly

The Tenafly Pride Parade features a celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community, along with activities such as face painting, temporary tattoos, jewelry + keychain making, and Zumba.

Women Build Week | Oradell

Women Build Week is a hands-on, collaborative event in which women band together to build a Habitat home in Oradell to support those in need of affordable housing. No prior construction experience is necessary.
