Founded by longtime fitness instructors Olivia Bernardo LaCaruba and Samantha Green, The DRIP Fitness first launched in Hoboken during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, the brand has opened multiple locations throughout New Jersey and Florida, including two studios in Hoboken and locations in Caldwell and Montclair.

The studio focuses on music-driven workouts designed to challenge clients while creating an inclusive, community-oriented environment. Its approach combines strength, cardio, and sculpting, with classes designed to accommodate different fitness levels.

What Does The DRIP Fitness Offer?

While the Cranford studio’s exact class lineup has not yet been confirmed, The DRIP Fitness offers several signature formats across its existing locations. BURN combines Pilates-inspired movements with barre-style sculpting for a full-body workout. CYCLE is a rhythm-based indoor cycling class featuring intervals and choreography, while DRIIP focuses on strength and metabolic conditioning through interval training.

Other formats include FLOW, a yoga-inspired sculpt class centered on strength, balance, and breathwork, and REFORM, which combines controlled movements on a Pilates reformer with music-driven intensity. The brand also offers RESIST, a low-impact sculpting class that uses resistance props instead of traditional weights.

Representatives from The DRIP Fitness did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
