9 New Businesses Coming To The Jersey Shore In 2026

A new year brings new possibilities, and for some, that means new businesses opening in their towns. Which means new opportunities for locals to explore their backyard and check out places they’ve never been before. There are several places on The Jersey Shore that will be welcoming new restaurants, shops, a fitness complex, and even an entertainment venue. Read on for a look at several businesses with plans to open their doors in 2026.

Asbury Social | 527 Lake Avenue, Asbury Park

Asbury Park locals were sad to see the Asbury Biergarten close in 2023. The owners of the House of Independents plan to revive the building, with Asbury Social taking its place in 2026. It’s going to be a steakhouse and seafood restaurant with a rooftop for guests to enjoy ocean views. Follow the Instagram page to stay updated on opening dates.

Asbury Ale House | 5169 US-9, Howell Township

Asbury Ale House has been a favorite of the Asbury Park community for years, but its recently opened Howell location is expanding its reach. Soft opened during December 2025, the new spot is open for food + drinks by reservation.

Broadway Hot + Honey Chicken | 605 Long Beach Boulevard, Ship Bottom 

This Nashville hot chicken spot is opening more locations in New Jersey. The restaurant was founded by a Manasquan local who was inspired by the flavors of hot chicken during his trips to Tennessee. There are already three locations in Monmouth County. Another one is planned for Monmouth County and another in Ship Bottom. Both locations are scheduled to open in 2026.

This fitness franchise has recently expanded to the Jersey Shore with a location in Wall. Burn Boot Camp offers memberships with personal training, 45-minute workout sessions crafted for body training, focus meetings with trainers, and even complimentary childcare for parents.

Monmouth Square | Eatontown 

The Monmouth Mall is undergoing a facelift. It’s being rebranded as Monmouth Square, an open-air market with 1,000 luxury apartments. Some of the businesses that have signed pre-leases include Prince Street Pizza, a New York City pizzeria, Cava, a fast-casual Mediterranean, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, a Brooklyn-founded ice cream brand, Offshore Coffee, a local coffee brand, and Strong Pilates, a fitness studio that combines Pilates and rowing workouts. While other retailers at the mall are open during construction, the target opening date will be sometime in 2026. 

Pickleball Kingdom | Marlboro

This pickleball franchise is planning on opening another complex in Marlboro. The company hasn’t posted address details or opening hours online yet, but pickleballers can follow their newsletter or social media pages for the latest information. 

ParkStage | Freehold

This brand-new outdoor entertainment venue will open at the East Freehold Park Fairgrounds in the summer of 2026. The 3,500+ seat open-air venue will host live music, comedy, and large events.

The Beach Club | 28 Centennial Drive, Long Branch

The Beach Club will blend laid-back beach vibes with lattes, matcha, fresh juices, + a curated selection of finds.
