Snow at the Shore? Here’s What the Forecast Says

Beach days, we miss you. Just when we started daydreaming about boardwalk strolls + t-shirt weather, winter decided it is not quite ready to clock out. Forecasters are calling for the possibility of another snow event this weekend, February 22nd, 2026, and the Jersey Shore could see more winter weather headed our way. As of Friday, February 20th, forecasters are monitoring another system that could impact the area this weekend, a reminder that winter is not over just yet. According to the National Weather Service forecast for Ocean County, Sunday will be cold and windy, with an 80% chance of precipitation and wind gusts possibly up to 30 MPH. The snow will continue throughout the day and overnight, with Monday morning showing a 40% chance of precipitation.
