Bagel Street | 523 Maple Avenue W
This is a family-owned bagel spot with hand-rolled bagels. The owners’ cultural heritages, which include Chinese-American and Dominican, influence the menu with things like spicy sausage and fried cheese.
Bakeshop | 421 Maple Avenue E
Vienna will be the third location for Northern Virginia’s favorite, Bakeshop. This bakery offers classics like pies, cakes, and cookies, with many gluten-free and vegan options. With breakfast sandwiches and a full coffee bar, we’re excited about this one.

Electric Bull | 176 Maple Avenue W
This is the latest project from Northern Virginia native Chef Victor Albisu, the founder of Taco Bamba, among other things. Chef Victor said that Electric Bull will be all about the meat, with the space being both a butcher shop and a restaurant.
Gem Park | 134 Maple Avenue W
Gem Park is a fine jewelry, gifts, and accessories store. In addition to fine and demi-fine jewelry available, the team can also make custom pieces.
Kin | 145 Church Street NW

This is a Japanese-inspired espresso bar, and it will serve matcha, coffee, and wine. The team tells The Fairfax Girl that it plans to open in May.

This science-inspired, low-impact workout is a favorite of Hollywood stars, including Jennifer Aniston. The Tyson’s location is the first in the area, and will open in early summer 2026.

Texas-based Shipley Do-Nuts will open its second Northern Virginia location in Vienna this spring. The shop is known for its handmade doughnuts and kolaches, all of which are made fresh daily.
