It seems like there are endless options for dining out in Northern Virginia. So many cuisines are represented, plus fun fusion concepts that play with what ‘counts’ for a certain type of meal. Restaurant Week is a great way to try out somewhere new to you: participating restaurants offer fixed-price menus for lunch and/or dinner. Alexandria Restaurant Week
August 14th–23rd, 2026

Restaurants throughout Old Town, Del Ray, Arlandria, Carlyle, the West End, and other Alexandria neighborhoods will offer prix-fixe dinners priced at $35, $45, or $55 per person. Select fast-casual restaurants will also have special offers.

Fairfax City Restaurant Week
August 20th–30th, 2026

Restaurants throughout the City of Fairfax will participate with special menus and dining promotions. The complete restaurant lineup is still being finalized.
Falls Church Restaurant Week
August 21st–30th, 2026
This year’s event features 80 participating restaurants offering prix-fixe menus, exclusive specials, and unique dining experiences. While Falls Church spans just 2.2 square miles, it’s home to one of the region’s most diverse culinary scenes, with restaurants serving everything from Afghan and Bolivian to Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Salvadoran, Ethiopian, and more.
Guests can also take part in the Restaurant Week Passport, visiting at least eight participating restaurants for a chance to win one of three $100 restaurant gift cards.
Metropolitan Washington Summer Restaurant Week

This regional Restaurant Week includes restaurants throughout Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and parts of Maryland. Participating restaurants will offer three-course brunch, lunch, and dinner menus.

Arlington Restaurant Week
October 12th–19th, 2026
Restaurants throughout Arlington, from casual eateries to upscale dining destinations, will offer special pricing and menus. The first announced participants include Ambar Clarendon, Immigrant Food, Heidelberg Pastry Shoppe, Skydome, The Landing Kitchen & Bar, and Tap Twelve.
