Every week, The Auld Shebeen hosts a series of events. Tuesday is Trivia night at 7:30, Wednesday is EDM at 9:00 PM, Friday and Saturday are live music from 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM. Alongside these weekly events, the bar offers menu specials: Tuesday is Taco Tuesday, Wednesday is Pie and Pint night, and Thursday is the Terres Major special. They have Guinness on draft and a variety of other classic Irish Dishes.
Celtic House | 2500 Columbia Pike, Arlington
Co-owner Mikey is from County Clare, Ireland, and has made Irish hospitality a cornerstone of Celtic House. This inviting spot has weekly menu and music specials, including Pies and Pints, Trivia Night, and live music every Friday.
Daniel O’Connell’s | 112 King Street, Alexandria

Throughout the week, O’Connell’s hosts live Irish music sessions and Six Nations games. On Mondays from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, there will be Irish session players, and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, there will be live Irish music. Times will vary. Finnegan’s Grill and Irish Pub | 44050 Ashburn Village Boulevard, Ashburn
Finnegan’s in Ashburn hosts events on Monday and Tuesday. On Monday, there is Karaoke at 9:00 PM, and on Tuesday, there is Trivia at 7:00 PM. Irish Breakfast is available on the weekends from 11AM – 3PM.
Ireland’s Four Courts | 2051 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington
Ireland’s Four Courts has no shortage of events every week. On Monday, there is Beer Bingo at 7:15 PM, Tuesday is Pub Quiz at 7 PM, Wednesday, there is karaoke at 9:30 PM, and on Friday and Saturday, there is live Irish Music. Alongside these weekly events, there is a Whiskey Club every third Wednesday of the month. The Four Courts is the proud home of the Nova Vikes, the Northern Virginia Minnesota Viking Fan Club.
Ireland’s Four Provinces | 105 West Broad Street, Falls Church
At Ireland’s Four Provinces, there are a variety of dining specials featuring creative meals made with local ingredients. There is Live Music on Friday and Saturday nights. They have a variety of Irish dishes, like sausage rolls and bangers and mash.
McNamara’s Pub and Restaurant | 567 23rd Street South, Arlington
McNamara’s hosts events every Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, including trivia, bingo, and karaoke. Alongside these events, they have a Whiskey and Wine night on Wednesday. They have Guinness on draft and a collection of imported and domestic drafts and wine.
Murphy’s Grand Irish Pub | 713 King Street, Alexandria

Murphy’s hosts Trivia on Tuesdays and Run Club on Wednesdays. They also host a variety of sports-related watching events, including MLB, Live European soccer, college football, and the NHL. There is live music most weekends and the bar frequently hosts open mic nights. Murphy’s, which opened in 1978, has a sister location in Virginia Beach.

Ned Devine’s Irish Gastro Pub | 2445 Centreville Road, Suite 32, Herndon
Ned’s Irish Gastro Pub has live Irish music on Fridays. Saturdays see live music or special events, depending on the season. TFG fun fact: Ned’s was named after the Irish film Waking Ned Devine.
O’Sullivan’s Irish Pub and Restaurant | 3207 Washington Boulevard, Arlington

O’Sullivan’s has a variety of events every week. On Wednesday, they host trivia, and have live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Comedy nights are sprinkled throughout the calendar, and tickets are available through the bar’s website. O’Sullivan’s has two bars, with one specifically for Whiskey, which has a collection of over 130 whiskeys.
PJ Skidoos | 9908 Fairfax Boulevard, Fairfax

On Friday and Saturday, PJ Skidoos has live Irish music. This weekly event list wraps up with the returning Sunday Brunch Buffet. This family pub opened in 1978 and has outdoor seating.
