Three local favorites have announced plans to open locations at Fairfax Corner, located at 4100 Monument Corner Drive in Fairfax. These three businesses join a handful of national chains in opening at the shopping center in 2026 and 2027. Read on for more about what’s coming to Fairfax Corner in 2026 and 2027.
Local Favorites
Three Northern Virginia favorites are among the businesses planning 2026 openings at Fairfax Corner. Cafesano, a Mediterranean bistro, will open its third location at Fairfax Corner. Popular bakery and cafe Chateau de Chantilly will open its second location at the shopping center, and it will be called Chateau.

It is expected to open in 2027. Arlington-based restaurant Ruthie’s All-Day Cafe will open its second location in spring 2026 at Fairfax Corner.

Other Openings
Becky’s Boutique will open a permanent storefront after hosting a successful pop-up. The store focuses on clothing, accessories, and gifts for women and children. The boutique plans a February 2026 opening. International fast-casual chicken spot Nando’s Peri-Peri will also open in early 2027.
