Students will master savory shrimp fried rice, roll and fry crispy steak and cheese egg rolls served with tangy mumbo sauce, and layer a decadent dirty banana pudding trifle to finish. This fun, skill-focused class highlights essential techniques, regional flair, and crowd-pleasing dishes perfect for recreating at home.
