During this 90-minute yoga experience, you will:

• Flow through an all-levels creative yoga class outside at Stratford Garden
• Relax during a 10-minute sound bath in savasana
• Engage in community-building exercises to connect with fellow yogis

Please bring a yoga mat. If you don’t have one, a few will be available to borrow.
