Shaking Clutter Movement Workshop, with Ess Liebau

Ess’ movement workshop includes a one-hour shake. Shaking is a durational somatic practice where participants continually shake for an extended period of time. Participants will be encouraged to listen to their bodies, go at their own pace, and tune to their internal world. No experience required!
