Through a 40–45 minute guided Yoga Nidra practice, we’ll settle into deep rest while remaining gently aware. This special edition of Nidra Night will honor of Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). The evening will invite reflection on the cycles of life & death, rest & renewal. Costumes welcome!
