Make a little holiday magic while making a difference. Bergen Equestrian Center (BEC), home to Bergen County’s first equine emotional wellness center, Our Stable Life, will present its annual Holiday Photos with a Horse on Saturday, November 28, and Sunday, November 29, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Set within Overpeck Park in Leonia, the event invites families, friends, and individuals to create memorable holiday portraits with a horse provided by Bergen Equestrian Center. Guests can personalize their photos with festive props, from wreaths and Santa hats to Hanukkah decorations, or bring their own meaningful touches to reflect the traditions they celebrate.
A $75 donation is requested, with all proceeds supporting Our Stable Life’s free programs for individuals facing life challenges who need access to equine therapy. Each portrait offers an opportunity to capture the joy of the season while helping others find connection, comfort, and support. There will be three different holiday scenes, and guests have the option to bring their own props.
