Ballston offers three floors of spacious equipment, machines, studios, and stretch space. The Studio Floor has yoga, group fitness, Pilates, and access to SweatBox. The second floor features socially distant equipment, complete with free weights, cable machines, and weight machines. The beautiful locker rooms include modern fixtures and luxurious amenities, including full towel service.
Don’t forget to stop at Aura spa, where you can indulge yourself in one of VIDA’s many treatments after hitting it hard at the gym, or just simply because you deserve it.
