The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria is partnering with the Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia for a special animal-themed concert on Saturday, October 17.
The event and concert are a joyful celebration of the pets we call family and the wild ones that fascinate us. Experience animals through music, from playful antics to noble companionship. This concert highlights how composers capture personality, humor, and heart through orchestral color. Come early for pre-concert activities! The AWLA will be on-site with Waggin’ Wheels and adoptable animals.
Adoptable animals and a donation drive for the AWLA are happening from 2 – 3 PM. The concert starts at 3 PM. Tickets are required to attend the performance.
