Every year France celebrates the end of the Beaujolais harvest with the release of their fruitiest, most quaffable wine – Beaujolais Nouveau. This quickly fermented wine was made for parties, and Josephine is putting it to good use! Join the restaurant for an evening of exploration as it dives into the depth and complexity of the entire Beaujolais region with delicious wine, fine dining, and great company.
