Hotel Heron continues its Night Shift guest bartender series on September 29 with Greg Long of DC’s acclaimed cocktail bar Allegory. A DMV native, Long honed his craft at Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons before heading to New York, where he bartended at the internationally celebrated Dante, later returning home to become an integral part of Allegory’s award-winning bar team.
For one night only, Long will step behind the bar at Francis Hall with a specially curated cocktail menu that brings his creativity and approach to hospitality to Hotel Heron. The latest installment of Night Shift continues the series’ mission of connecting guests with some of the region’s most compelling voices in cocktail culture through an intimate evening of drinks, conversation, and craft.
