Dolly Day at Jimmy’s Old Town Tavern in Herndon

Did you know September 25 is unofficially known online as “Dolly Day” as a nod to her iconic song and movie 9 to 5; and Jimmy’s Old Town Tavern is all for adding an annual day to celebrate her! To honor the occasion, the tavern’s guest bartenders will be behind the bar from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM playing a full Dolly playlist, hosting Dolly-themed fun, and accepting donations on-site to support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library right in the Herndon community.

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a dedicated book-gifting program that mails a free, high-quality book every single month to registered children from birth to age five living in the 20170 and 20171 ZIP codes.

Come out to Jimmy’s for great food, drinks, and Dolly-themed fun, all while supporting early childhood literacy for local families!
