This year’s race will be on Saturday, September 12, from 8:30 am – 10:30 am at Occoquan Park in Lorton! The race was here post-COVID pandemic in 2022. This is a fun course, a great course, suitable for runners and walkers of all ages and capabilities. The course is paved with only a few small inclines, but part of the course runs along the Occoquan River so you get a great view of all the houses and boats along its banks! The park itself is spacious and well kept, so this is a wonderful event to bring the family to, and maybe stay after the race and just have fun!
The registration cost is $45 from now until August 29th. If you register before August 29th, your registration guarantees you a race t-shirt. After August 29th, registration increases to $50 up to and including on race day. If you register AFTER August 29th, you ARE NOT guaranteed a race shirt. Any shirts for late registrants will be solely based on availability. So, it’s highly encouraged to register now to secure your shirt!
