On Saturday, August 15th, Family Legacy Fitness is hosting a Beginner Martial Arts Workshop designed specifically for ages 5–11.
Your child will:
- Break a real board
- Earn their first martial arts belt
- Learn age-appropriate self-defense
- Build focus, confidence, and pride
