Join us at the beautiful Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road for a good old-fashioned cook-off. Our contestants will serve up tasty samples all afternoon — try them all and cast a vote for your favorite. At 2:30pm, we’ll present the coveted awards.
Make a day of it: there will be 15 different chilis to try, but you’re invited to round out your lunch with a picnic (no alcohol, please!) Treat yourself to our lemonade stand or a deliciously crisp brew from Triumph Brewery, with a portion of proceeds benefiting ACP + HSP.
A live bluegrass band and lawn games will complete this festive fall day on the farm.
So, who will be named Princeton Chili Champion?! You’ll be the judge of that.
