You will learn to transform fabric scraps into stunning, textured artwork. 

Kinusaiga is a Japanese-inspired art form that uses fabric instead of paint to create soft, textured designs. Small pieces of fabric are gently tucked into a prepared surface, building an image layer by layer, with no sewing required.

In this workshop, you will create your own piece using simple techniques that are both calming and satisfying. It’s a slower, more meditative experience, where the focus is less on perfection and more on the process of making something by hand. No experience is needed. All supplies will be provided. Just come as you are and settle into the the rhythm of creating.
