Cocoon Vibes is excited to partner with Pure Barre NoVA to bring a special sound bath experience to their beautiful Falls Church studio. Sound baths offer a gentle journey into deep relaxation and inner healing. Using specialized instruments including crystal bowls, chimes, and drums, these calming sessions create frequencies that resonate through your body and mind, helping to release tension and stress.

Things to know about the session:

• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to get settled in so we can begin on time.
• Mats will be provided by Pure Barre.
• Optional: bring a blanket and pillow to get even cozier.
• Wear comfortable clothing that won’t feel restrictive while lying down or sitting on the floor.
