About The Founder
According to the brewery’s website, Harry Peck, the founder + head brewer of Xbeerimental Brewing Company, has always enjoyed creating spaces where people can connect over good food + drinks. Brewing over time turned into a passion project for Harry that eventually grew into the concept behind the brewery.

On the brewery’s website, a tab labeled “Laboratory” provides a glimpse at some of the experimental brews that could be in the works at Xbeerimental Brewing Company. One option even notes hints of coffee, suggesting a lineup that leans into very unexpected and exciting beer combinations.

Xbeerimental Brewing Company has not shared an official opening date.
