Hoboken’s first cooking studio is bringing its chef-led culinary experiences to Morris County. Hudson Table, known for hands-on cooking classes, chef competitions, and private events, plans to open a new Morristown location in 2027. The new studio will give local food lovers a place to sharpen their kitchen skills, try new recipes, and enjoy a night out with friends. Here’s what we know about the upcoming opening.
Hudson Table Coming to Morristown
Hudson Table currently has locations in Hoboken, Princeton, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, and Stamford, Connecticut. The company announced that it would expand to a sixth location in Morristown on Instagram last weekend.
“The guesses are in, the contract is signed… and our next table is being set in Morristown, New Jersey! Hudson Table Morristown is opening in 2027! Stay tuned for opening details and a peek at what’s to come,” the company shared in its announcement. “Morristown, we can’t wait to meet you!”

What to Expect at Hudson Table
Founded by Allen Bari in 2014, Hudson Table started in Hoboken with the goal of making cooking a fun, shared experience. After discovering a passion for food while working as a professional poker player, Bari attended the French Culinary Institute and went on to create a space where guests could learn from professional chefs while enjoying a meal together.
Rather than a traditional cooking school, Hudson Table combines culinary education with a night out. Guests can participate in hands-on classes, learn new techniques from professional chefs, and enjoy food-focused events in a professional kitchen setting.
At its existing locations, Hudson Table offers a range of experiences for different interests and skill levels. Cooking classes give participants the chance to work alongside instructors to prepare multi-course meals, while chef-led events offer a closer look at culinary techniques and recipes.

Representatives from Hudson Table did not immediately respond to a request for comment. This story will be updated as additional information becomes available.
