Burtons Grill & Bar has opened its first New Jersey location at 1525 Route 10 in Parsippany, serving everything from burgers and steaks to seafood, salads, and brunch. Burtons Grill & Bar Opens in Parsippany
The restaurant officially opened on October 20th at District 15Fifteen in Parsippany, according to its website. The 7,400-square-foot restaurant can accommodate up to 243 guests and is expected to create approximately 125 local jobs, according to BINJE. The space includes a full-service bar, a private dining room that seats up to 46 guests, and an outdoor patio with room for 64 diners.

“Bringing Burtons Grill & Bar to New Jersey is a milestone moment for our team, and there’s no better fit for this debut than at District 15Fifteen in Parsippany,” John Haggai, CEO of Burtons Grill & Bar, told BINJE. “We can’t wait to introduce guests to the Burtons experience and become the go-to restaurant for couples, colleagues, friends, and families alike.”

According to its website, Burtons Grill & Bar serves American classics and cocktails made from scratch. Guests can start with shareable appetizers like Signature Wings, General Tso Cauliflower, Cheesesteak Spring Rolls, and Spinach & Artichoke Dip before choosing from salads, burgers, sandwiches, steaks, and seafood. Dessert options include Seven-Layer Chocolate Cake, Key Lime Pie, cheesecake, and affogato.

Burtons Grill & Bar is committed to accommodating guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions. According to the restaurant’s website, its founders understand the challenges of dining out with celiac disease and wanted to make the experience more accessible. The restaurant offers an extensive gluten-free menu and food allergy protocols designed to help guests navigate their dining experience.
The Parsippany gluten-free menu includes versions of the Classic Burger, Prime Burger, and Veggie Burger, along with dishes like Chicken Piccata with gluten-free rotini, Pasta Bolognese with gluten-free pasta and garlic toast, and a Lobster Roll served on a gluten-free bun. The menu also features gluten-free focaccia, mac and cheese, and a variety of salads, steaks, and seafood entrees.

The restaurant’s allergy accommodations stretch beyond its gluten-free offerings. According to its website, Burtons Bar & Grill has extensive protocols to accommodate all allergies, and all staff are required to undergo allergy training.
