The Beer

Tall Oaks’ brewing philosophy focuses on simplicity, using the four main ingredients of beer (malt, hops, yeast, and water) to craft a diverse range of styles, including lagers, seasonals, and small-batch experiments. The menu includes selections driven by hops, fruit expression, rich flavors + strengths, as well as timeless. Whether you’re a fan of traditional lagers, hop-forward IPAs, or fruit-infused ales, Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery provides a welcoming environment to explore and enjoy their diverse beer offerings. styles.

What the JSG team tried:

  • A Field of Darkness (Imperial Stout): brewed with 2-Row malt, malted oats, flaked barley, Carafa III, chocolate wheat, and roasted barley. It has aromas and notes of dark chocolate, espresso, caramelized sugar, and roasted grain with a smooth, velvety finish.
  • Stablemate (Hazy IPA): tropical and stone fruits, bright citrus, and a hint of coconut.

Non-Alcoholic Options

Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery has a variety of non-alcoholic drinks for guests seeking something refreshing without alcohol. Selections include the smooth Iced Nitro Cold Brew called “Brown’s Brew” and the creatively crafted “FREE AF Mocktail.” The menu also features Lue’s Lemonade, Pure Leaf Iced Tea, Spindrift, Coke, water, and juice, providing options for all ages and preferences.
