There are a handful of new business openings at the Shore right now, including a Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant, a new shopping destination, and a French coastal restaurant with a wine locker. Fahrenheit Coffee Company | 217 Main Street, Manasquan

This coffee shop has been a favorite in Brick Township since it opened in February 2025 with house-made syrups, a unique menu, and a cozy vibe. The company’s second location in the former Papa Ganache space at 217 E Main Street in Manasquan is slated for a soft opening on July 31st, followed by a grand opening on August 4th.
Bradley Yoga Co. | 718 Main Street, Bradley Beach

Bradley Yoga Collective is a new curated yoga studio centered around movement, music, and community. The new space will offer a variety of yoga and wellness experiences designed to bring people together both on and off the mat. To celebrate its opening, Bradley Yoga Collective will host a grand opening party on August 8th featuring local vendors, live music, and raffle prizes from businesses throughout Bradley Beach.
La Esquina | 525 Cookman Avenue, Asbury Park

The space at 525 Cookman Avenue will soon open as La Esquina, inspired by Nikkei cuisine, which refers to Japanese – Peruvian fusian cuisine. The team behind the restaurant, the Hungry Trio hospitality brand, operates several other NJ + NYC restaurants. La Esquina is set to open in August 2026 and will feature seafood, cocktails, and more.

Lucky Fish Sushi Co | 700 Oceanport Avenue, Oceanport
This is a casual sushi spot with a menu full of classic and creative items like traditional sushi and sashimi, plus seasonally inspired creations. Head chef Jonathan Kavourakis was most recently affiliated with The Brookdale in Bloomfield, which closed in April 2026 after six years.
Hannah’s | 10 Centennial Drive, Long Branch

Self-described as a “modern Korean pocha,” this restaurant and bar celebrated its grand opening in mid-July. Hannah’s specializes in elevated cocktails and Korean-inspired seafood dishes, including a caviar service. They are partnered with Local 130 Seafood, an Asbury Park-based sustainable seafood company.
Uncharted | 48 NJ-36, Eatontown
This retailer is a sister brand to popular paper + stationery store Paper Source. It bills itself as a ‘discovery driven retail experience’ with inventory including gifts, clothing, home goods, footwear, and accessories. The grand opening is scheduled for September 12th, after a July 25th soft opening. There are two other Uncharted locations in New Jersey, in Clifton and in East Hanover.
