Jersey Shore Holiday Cocktails Guide: Festive Drinks, Pop-Ups + Seasonal Sips

A seasonal cocktail is always an attention grabber on any menu. And during the holiday season, a festive sip is an ideal addition to any night. At the Jersey Shore, we’re lucky to have plenty of restaurants and bars that have not only decked out their aesthetics but also their mixed drink menus, featuring complete lineups of wintertime celebratory cocktails. Read on for a guide to the best Jersey Shore holiday cocktails.

Agave Tequila Bar | 261 96th Street, Stone Harbor

Agave Tequila Bar is located in Stone Harbor. Agave is the location for the Miracle on 96th Street Holiday Pop-up Bar. On the long list of cocktails are festive picks like its Grinchmas Tree, featuring a bottle of prosecco served with a Christmas tree of flavor.

Harry’s Ocean Bar and Grill | 1025 Beach Avenue #1613, Cape May

Harry’s Ocean Bar and Grill is located in Cape May. Harry’s holiday drink menu features a Holiday Tree that accommodates groups of four, six, or eight — think holiday cocktails on a Christmas tree served to your table. Harry’s also has a Tipsy Elf beer for those who want a break from a cocktail.

Keenan’s Irish Pub | 113 Olde New Jersey Avenue, North Wildwood

Keenan’s Irish Pub is located in North Wildwood. During the holiday season, it becomes The Gingerbread Grille, featuring events like ugly sweater parties, brunch with Santa, and more. Keenan’s drink menu features the Jack Frosty (vodka, blue curaçao, triple sec, and pineapple with a sugar rim).

Landshark Bar + Grill | 1133 Boardwalk, Atlantic City

Landshark is a beach bar located in Atlantic City. This winter season, it’s transformed into Christmas Island — think beachy wonderland vibes. JSG recommends its Secret Santa drink (yes, it comes with a holiday-themed gift).

Marina Grille | 905 NJ-35, Belmar

Marina Grille is a coastal-inspired dining experience with Shark River views in Belmar. This season, it’s hosting Winter on the Water, featuring cold-season decor, live music, and, of course, a selection of holiday cocktails. JSG recommends the Sugar Cookie Martini (vanilla vodka, rumchata, amaretto, cream with a sprinkle rim) or the Papa Noel (blanco tequila, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, fresh lime) — plus it comes in an ornament, which takes the festive drink to the next level.

Miracle at Avenue | 23 Ocean Avenue N, Long Branch

Avenue is a Parisian restaurant, rooftop lounge, and beach bar in Pier Village. This festive season, Miracle takes over Avenue, transforming it into a holiday wonderland on Thursdays through Sunday through December 28th. Besides the immersive holiday experiences and seasonal bites, Miracle at Avenue has a festive lineup of cocktails — JSG recommends the Rudolph’s Replacement, which is vodka, coffee liqueur, white creme de cacao, orange curaçao, chai, almond milk, and aromatic bitters (contains nuts). FYI: If that isn’t enough, the Naughty or Nice shots are a fun addition.

Sinner’s Steakhouse | 20 Inlet Drive, Point Pleasant Beach

Sinner’s Steakhouse is located in Point Pleasant Beach. The Sinner’s Christmas Experience features a decked-out fine-dining experience and seasonal cocktails. A favorite on the list is The Tipsy Grinch, a white rum cocktail with melon, lime, and, as Sinner’s describes, enough holiday spirit to grow your heart three sizes.

Spring Lake Tap House | 810 NJ-71, Spring Lake

Spring Lake Tap House is a low-key sports bar and pub. Its Santa’s Hideaway takeover features holiday events like Christmas trivia, Friday night bands, and a full festive menu. Spring Lake Tap House’s special cocktails include the toasted s’mores martini (vodka, chocolate liqueur, Baileys, and half-and-half) and the winter wonderland colada (Bacardi, coconut cream, vanilla syrup, pineapple juice, and nutmeg). Honorable mention also goes out to the Sugar Cookie Martini.

The Black Swan | 601 Mattison Avenue, Asbury Park

The Black Swan is located in Asbury Park. It’s known for its traditional pub food, such as fish and chips and burgers, plus beer and cocktails. The Black Swan’s list of festive sips includes house-made hot chocolate featuring the option to add a shot of cheer.

The Mainland | 151 Route 72, East Manahawkin

The Mainland is an all-day restaurant, bar & event venue in Manahawkin. Its location is convenient (inside a Holiday Inn, just minutes from LBI), and it’s also attached to an arcade with go-karts. The Mainland’s Jingle Bell Bar (decked out) includes jolly bites and drinks like the Mrs. Claus Margarita (think tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and coconut cream) that get everyone in the spirit.
