Group fitness classes at the Jersey Shore such as including spin, HIIT, pilates, Zumba, barre, and dance workouts are easy to find with flexible membership and drop-in rate options. Happy Belly Strong | Asbury Park Boardwalk

Karyn Toffolo of Happy Belly Strong provides holistic approaches for women to build sustainable strength and confidently lose weight. She leads in-person classes on the boardwalk and offers 1:1 coaching, strength courses, nutrition guidance, and much more through her various membership options. Happy Belly Strong’s Boardwalk Bootcamp meets on the Asbury Park boardwalk on the north end near the dog beach a few times a week for three different strength-style classes. A solid workout with good company and a view of the ocean? It doesn’t get much better than that.

Kur Wellness Studios on Bond Street has private personal training as well as strength training. The personal training option provides members with a custom program designed to help them get the results that they uniquely desire. An introductory session starts at $45 while ongoing sessions are $85. Kur’s Barbell Training Program sessions are private and include access to equipment such as a power rack, 500+ pounds of weights, multiple barbells, a chin-up bar, dumbbells, and more.
