A new rental building with condos and townhomes just made its debut in Asbury Park, and it’s two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Meet SURFHOUSE — a new 226-unit pet-friendly property complete with an on-site pool, courtyard, fitness studio, and even surfboard storage. About SURFHOUSE
SURFHOUSE is a new multi-family rental property, located just two blocks from the Asbury Park beach and boardwalk. Situated at 1150 Kingsley Street, the building is close to several Asbury Park staples like Porta, The Stone Pony, Wonder Bar, Asbury Lanes, the Convention Hall, and more.

The building houses 226-units total with a mix of condominium-style flats as well as four-story townhomes. Renters can choose from several condo layouts, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. The townhomes consist of twenty three- and four-bedroom units complete with private rooftop decks and two-car garages.
SURFHOUSE was developed by Starfield Companies and designed by architecture firm Lessard Design, with interiors by Fogarty Finger.
Amenities
The new Asbury Park building features several amenities, including a 15,000-square-foot landscaped courtyard with a resort-style pool, a rooftop and fire pit with ocean views, a resident lounge, and a fitness studio.
For those with electric or hybrid cars, SURFHOUSE has electric vehicle charging stations on site. There’s also secure bike and surfboard storage. Pet parents can enjoy a variety of pet-friendly amenities.

In addition to the amenities, SURFHOUSE also has 3,500-square-feet of retail space on the ground floor. Specific spots have not been announced as of this writing, but this post will be updated with any further details as they are announced.
