Asbury Park is one of the musical hotspots of New Jersey, and there are new artists to support at every corner. As a result, there are plenty of initiatives designed to showcase local talent in the area, including APV Media, a music + media company that has served the city for 8 years and counting. Known for highlighting emerging musicians through interviews, events, and more, APV Media has now announced that it will be moving into a new retail space on 716 Cookman Avenue. The Details
APV Media is a music + media company dedicated to supporting emerging and independent artists in Asbury Park. It does so through a variety of methods, including its digital magazine, interviews, live events, and studio space, with the ultimate goal of creating opportunities for them to get exposure and engage with the local community.

It was founded in 2018 and has since expanded with two sub-sections: APV Entertainment, an artist development, representation, music curation, and sync-focused division of the brand, and Asbury Park Vibes, a public-facing music and culture brand inspired by the vibrant music scene in the city. APV Media has recently embraced a rebrand highlighting the two brands, including the release of a new website.
And in addition to the new website, APV Media recently announced that it will be opening a new retail space, located at 716 Cookman Avenue, to help support its initiatives. According to the Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce, the new space will be beach-themed and tie into its live events and content production.
There is no official date for when the retail space will open, but we will update this article as more information is received.
