From fall festivals to apple and pumpkin picking, there are so many things to do at the Jersey Shore during the fall season. To add to that plentiful list, The Jersey Shore Girl has rounded up seven alpaca farms near the Jersey Shore to visit this fall. In this list, locals can expect to see farms that allow guests to feed, photograph, and learn all about alpacas at various farm tours, as well as farms that feature shops with alpaca products. Bluebird Farm Alpacas | 44 Willow Avenue, Peapack
Make a reservation here to visit Bluebird Farms Alpacas on weekends for a farm tour or an alpaca walking adventure. Guests can also opt to accompany their family members or friends on their alpaca walking adventure. This option is great for the little ones under eight years old. During the tours, guests will have multiple opportunities to feed, feel, and photograph the alpacas. Bluebird Farms is located about two hours from the Jersey Shore. The farm also provides private tours for up to eight guests, starting at $220.

Cedar Lane Alpacas | 67 Victory Road, Howell
This farm was established in 2005, the owners opened a farm store known as The Alpaca Shop in 2010, and their online store in 2018 where they sell Alpaca fleece and yarn. The farm provides tours, where guests can learn all about alpacas, their heritage, and care, on specific dates in October, November, and part of December. See here for the dates and times.
Emelise Alpacas | 73 MacKenzie Road, Hampton
Susan and Wayne Robinson began their alpaca journey in 2002. Emelise Alpacas is committed to continuing education for ourselves, the alpaca community, and the general public, as stated on the website. The farm is open Saturdays + Sundays from 10AM to 4PM. Although no reservations are required to visit this farm, educational group tours must be scheduled in advance. Humor Me Farm moved from its Newfoundland location to Glen Gardner, New Jersey. About a two-hour drive away from the Jersey Shore, this farm currently provides tours on an appointment-only basis, which can be easily scheduled right from the Facebook page. The family behind this farm purchased their first eight alpacas in 2010 and now owns a successful alpaca farm in Waretown, New Jersey. By appointment only, Out of Sight Alpacas provides guided farm tours, self-guided walks with alpacas on the weekends, private parties, and off-site events. The farm also has a gift shop where guests can shop for yarn, rugs, hats, gloves, socks, sweaters, and more. Windy Farm Alpacas | 61 White Pine Road, Chesterfield
Established 1999, Windy Farm Alpacas provides private farm tours that include a walk in the pasture with the alpacas. Prices range from $45 to $75 depending on the size. Guests can also shop for alpaca products, including yarn and fleece, blankets, alpaca rugs, and more. The farm will also sell its products at a farmers’ market in Moorestown during November and at a holiday market at its home location in December. Bruce Springsteen Biopic Starring Jeremy Allen White to Film in Asbury Park This Week
As anticipation builds for the upcoming Bruce Springsteen biopic, Deliver Me From Nowhere, fans are excited to see The Bear star Jeremy Allen White step into the iconic role of "The Boss." Earlier this fall, The Walt Disney Company released the first photo of the 33-year-old Emmy winner in his Springsteen garb — a signature leather jacket and flannel shirt — ahead of the film’s production. On Sunday, December 8th, the crew officially arrived in Asbury Park (a town synonymous with Springsteen's roots), with filming set to take place from December 9th - 13th. The Details
The film, written and directed by Scott Cooper, is an adaptation of Warren Zanes’ book of the same name — Deliver Me From Nowhere — which is all about the making of Springsteen’s 1982 album Nebraska. The movie will show The Boss' pivotal years in the early to mid-80s as he reached worldwide fame as well as his childhood days growing up at the Jersey Shore in the 1950s.

“The development of Nebraska, which followed Springsteen’s 1981 The River Tour, marked a pivotal time in his life, one that he would only openly talk about decades after its release. It’s regarded as a landmark in his musical odyssey and a source of inspiration for a generation of artists and musicians,” The Walt Disney Company explained in a press release. “Recorded on a 4-track recorder in Springsteen’s New Jersey bedroom and without The E Street Band, Nebraska is considered one of Springsteen’s most enduring works—a raw, haunted acoustic record populated by lost souls searching for a reason to believe.”
The biopic stars actor Jeremy Allen White playing Bruce Springsteen. He is most known for his roles on Showtime’s long-running Shameless as well as FX/Hulu’s show The Bear, which has won many awards including 11 Emmys at the 2024 awards show alone. Allen White also won Outstanding Lead Actor In A Comedy Series in both 2024 + 2023.
“I've got a really talented group of people helping me train vocally, musically, to get ready for this thing. I'm also really lucky that Bruce is really supportive of the film, and so I've had some access to him and he's just the greatest guy,” Allen White told GQ. “Also, there's just so much footage. It's really great to go down a YouTube rabbit hole and find him at all these different periods in his life and be able to listen to his speaking voice as well as his singing voice. That's kind of been the deal, just listening to him a lot and watching him a lot. It's been really fun preparing.”
The Deliver Me cast also includes Paul Walter Hauser as guitar tech Mike Batlan; Odessa Young as Springsteen's love interest, Faye; Stephen Graham as his father; and Johnny Cannizzaro as E Street Band member Steve Van Zandt. Succession star Jeremy Strong has been rumored to play Springsteen’s manager, Jon Landau, according to Variety but it hasn’t been officially confirmed by 20th Century Studios (a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company) yet.
During an appearance on The Graham Norton Show earlier this month, Springsteen praised the upcoming film, saying it has "a lovely cast" and that he is "involved a little."
Filming will take place primarily in Springsteen’s native New Jersey and New York, with additional production in Los Angeles.

Grant Wilfley Casting, a Manhattan-based casting company, announced a public casting call for New Jersey locals to appear as extras in Deliver Me From Nowhere in October of this year. GWC was in search of background work in various roles not covered by SAG-AFTRA in Morris County, the Meadowlands, and Asbury Park. The casting call requested locals to play extras in 1950s and 1980s scenes with period-appropriate haircuts. Producers were also looking for vintage car owners (1960s, '70s, up to '81) to appear specifically in the Asbury Park scenes. Specific filming dates and requirements can be found here.
Per The Asbury Park Press, film crews will be taking over iconic Asbury Park landmarks like The Stone Pony, the boardwalk, Frank's Deli, and the Asbury Park Convention Hall from December 9th - December 13th.
Deliver Me from Nowhere is slated for a theatrical release in 2025.
