What to Expect

According to its website, TREMBLE’s signature workout is designed to be both challenging and low-impact, combining full-body functional movements with reformer-based exercises. Each class focuses on building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and engaging the core, with Pilates-inspired movements incorporated throughout the workout. The goal is to give members a heart-pumping workout without the high-impact movements often associated with traditional cardio classes.
