So when Summer House star Carl Radke popped up in Atlantic City for a Wawa event, it felt like the kind of Jersey-meets-Bravo crossover worth noting. Ocean Casino Resort and Wawa kicked off the summer season on Thursday, June 25th, with Wawa’s Summer Sips event at The Cabanas at Ocean in Atlantic City. The event celebrated the launch of Wawa’s new Iced Fruit Beverages, with Carl Radke joining as the special guest.

For the event, Wawa’s Blue Raspberry Cloud Lemonade was rebranded as “The Ocean,” giving the new summer drink a resort-specific spin for the Atlantic City celebration. Guests spent the evening on June 25th, cabana-side at Ocean Casino Resort, sampling Wawa’s newest beverages. Carl Radke, known for Bravo’s Summer House, joined the event to help toast the start of summer.

Carl Radke’s New Jersey Connection
While Carl is most closely associated with New York City and the Hamptons thanks to Summer House, the Bravo star does have a New Jersey tie. Per Bravo.com, Carl’s mom now lives in New Jersey with her husband, Lou, who appeared on Summer House Season 8. So yes, Carl’s latest collab being with no other than Wawa feels pretty fitting. Between the Bravo connection, the Atlantic City setting, and a Wawa summer drink launch, this one lands directly in the New Jersey pop culture lane.
New Jersey is no stranger to Bravo-adjacent sightings, especially in North Jersey. From Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members like Melissa Gorga, Teresa Giudice, and the Manzo family, connections have long had a way of popping up around the Garden State. This time, the Bravo moment happened down the shore, with Carl helping Wawa introduce its new summer beverages at one of Atlantic City’s many resort hotels.

The Cabanas at Ocean served as the backdrop for Wawa’s Summer Sips event, bringing together a very Jersey combination of poolside summer plans, a new Wawa drink, and a Bravo guest appearance. As for the beverage itself, “The Ocean” was a one-day event rebrand of Wawa’s Blue Raspberry Cloud Lemonade. The new drinks are part of Wawa’s summer lineup, just in time for shore season, road trips, and those very needed hot-summer-day Wawa runs.
No word yet on whether Carl left Atlantic City with a hoagie, but honestly, we hope so.
