Cheese Making Class at Carlstadt Library

Roll up your sleeves and learn cheese-making with a professional cheesemaker. Participants will learn how to make ricotta and stretch mozzarella. You’ll also have the opportunity to sample the cheese made right in front of you. Please wear an apron.

Registration preference will be given to those who did not attend the previous cheese making class in August 2025.

Open registration begins on Tuesday, March 24 @11AM.
