Hoboken + Jersey City

Main Street Pops Jingle Jam Concert | 770 Jackson Street, Hoboken

Sunday, December 7th | 11:00AM

The Main Street Pops holiday market is a great chance to shop at local businesses and artisans, but it will also feature a full-scale holiday celebration with live performers. Concerts will begin at 11:00 AM with a drummer showcase, local school choirs, festive rock ‘n’ roll, and more.

Holiday Benefit Concert at Departed Soles | 409 14th Street, Hoboken

Sunday, December 14th | 2:00PM

Departed Soles Brewery is hosting a holiday benefit concert featuring local Hudson County musicians. Artists of several genres will be present, including pop, R&B, hip-hop, and soul. The event will also feature local vendors and a toy drive.

Hoboken Holiday Banding Concert | 616 Grand Street, Hoboken

Sunday, December 14th | 4:30PM

Local Irish pub Willie McBride’s will host a holiday performance by the Hoboken Holiday Banding House Band and other to-be-announced performers.

Jersey City Cabaret: The Holiday Show | 345 Marin Boulevard, Jersey City

Thursday, December 18th | 7:30PM

The Jersey City Cabaret and Art House Productions are hosting a holiday show featuring local singers and instrumentalists performing live rock, jazz, pop and more.

Essex County

New Jersey Symphony: Elf in Concert | 1 Center Street, Newark

Friday, December 5th | 7:00PM

This performance by the New Jersey Symphony is a holiday story about an elf who travels to New York in search of his origin. It will be hosted at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), and early booking is advised.

It Must Be Christmas at The Wellmont Theater | 5 Seymour Street, Montclair

Friday, December 19th | 7:30PM

This performance by country star Chris Young will take place at Montclair’s Wellmont Theater and feature festive tunes. Purchasing tickets in advance is recommended. Tickets can be purchased here.

Christmas with CeCe Winans | 1 Center Street, Newark

Friday, December 19th | 8:00PM

Gospel singer CeCe Winans will perform renditions of classic holiday songs at NJPAC. Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased here.

Candlelight Concerts – Christmas Classics | 400 Cedar Avenue, West Long Branch

This candlelight concert will feature the Concertize String Quartet, performing both new and classic Christmas hits. It will be held at Monmouth University’s Pollak Theatre.

Friday, December 5th | 7:30PM

Jazz artists Peter White, Vincent Ingala and Mindi Abair will be performing live Christmas-themed tracks at The Vogel in Red Bank.

New Jersey’s Ballet The Nutcracker | 30 North Van Brunt Street, Englewood

This performance by pop singer Engelbert Humperdinck will blend his greatest hits with renditions of classic holiday music.

Saturday, December 13th | 7:00PM

Jersey Jubilation Handbell Choir Holiday Concert | 100 Dayton Street, Ridgewood

Friday, December 19th | 8:00PM

This concert at the Ridgewood United Methodist Church Concert will feature 14 musicians performing classic holiday songs. Refreshments will be provided.
