Jenna from our team had a chance to try a class and talk to the owner, Katy Fraggos, and had the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">best <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">time.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Katy explained that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.perspirology.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Perspirology<\/a>\u2019s ultimate goal is for everyone to find their comfort zone in fitness, regardless of their goals. \u201cOur goal is to create a space where everybody can feel like they&#8217;re going to find something they want. Some people have a little bit of trouble with dance cardio. Some people love dance cardio. The exercises are not only dance-inspired but also have great results and set the tone for the day. Katy explained that classes are intentionally designed this way, targeting essential areas while being mindful of each client\u2019s needs. \u201cWhat we like to promote is the idea of lymphatic drainage, flow, endurance, and cardiovascular and muscular endurance,\u201d she explained.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There\u2019s a \u201cLil\u2019 Bouncers\u201d&nbsp; program for kids aged 4-7 if you want to keep your little ones engaged through active play. The Sea Bright location offers a Kids Club, where busy parents can drop off their little ones so they can sneak a workout in.
