Think crystals, <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/bougiefire-red-bank-new-jersey\/\">candles<\/a>, tarot decks, and spell supplies around every corner. The Jersey Shore Girl stopped by and spoke with owner Amber Demola to learn more about the magic being brought to the community. Knowledgeable staff is always on hand to guide visitors, whether they\u2019re simply taking in the scents of dried <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/best-plant-shops-garden-centers-jersey-shore-new-jersey\/\">herbs<\/a> and incense or searching for their next tarot deck. There is even a thoughtfully curated, handmade apothecary book to help customers understand each herb\u2019s uses and how to incorporate them into personal rituals and spells.<\/p>\n<h2>Opening of Petal and Potion<\/h2>\n<p>Opened earlier this year, the shop\u2019s latest addition is Petal and Potion, a full-service coffee and tea bar, tucked into the back corner of the store. Inspired by the way customers were already experiencing the space, Amber noticed visitors bringing their own drinks and lingering, naturally turning their visit into an activity. From there, she saw an opportunity to elevate the experience with thoughtfully crafted <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/mocktails-asbury-park-nj\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">beverages<\/a> of her own.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA lot of people sip and <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/the-coast-atelier-brigantine-nj\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shop<\/a>, and I wanted that to be my own drink, added to all of Tina\u2019s magic,\u201d Amber shared.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-234742\" src=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/jsg1-800x800.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/jsg1-800x800.png 800w, https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/jsg1-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/jsg1-200x200.png 200w, https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/jsg1-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/jsg1-585x585.png 585w, https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/jsg1.png 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We sampled a few customer-favorites (when down the shore, iced of course), including the Cherry Passion Vanilla <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/olive-oak-oceanport-nj-cafe-opening\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Matcha<\/a>, the Green Goddess (a butterfly pea milk matcha), and the Midnight Lavender, a rich dark chocolate and lavender latte. One of the most eye-catching drinks was the Whimsy, a lavender-jasmine-pineapple herbal tea with blue lotus, topped with a splash of lemonade, that creates a sparkling purple hue.<\/p>\n<p>Amber shared that the team is always welcoming customer recommendations, allowing the seasonal menu to evolve with new brews, or \u201cpotions,\u201d throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>The freshly made matcha was a standout favorite, and guests can also enjoy a selection of gluten-free and vegan treats, including raspberry cookies and chocolate cake slices. Our manager likes to say we\u2019re the witch at the end of the lane. Everyone comes for help, and there\u2019s nothing we love more to do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That sense of community is woven into every part of the shop. Most recently, the team introduced what they\u2019ve called the state\u2019s \u201cfirst witchy trinket trade,\u201d encouraging customers to leave behind a small trinket, charm, or oddity and take one with them. It\u2019s a simple way to foster connection and shared energy among visitors. We loved this whole experience so much that we will definitely be back to join in soon. It\u2019s this openness that keeps customers coming back.
