A banquet hall is on the premises but has not been occupied since 2013. The <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/best-bridal-shower-venues-jersey-shore-new-jersey\/\">venue<\/a> can hold up to 17,500 people, and in 1995, the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New Jersey Vietnam Veterans&#8217; Memorial<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was added to the grounds.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Parking<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PNC has several open-air parking lots around the venue and provides\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">several different services, including VIP Parking and Premier Parking (which can be\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vivid-seats.pxf.io\/jWaPy5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reserved on Vivid Seats<\/a>), General Parking, and\u00a0ADA Parking. Parking is not free at the PNC Bank Arts Center \u2014 all event attendees must pay a charge of $6. Note: this includes those who don\u2019t possess a car, as it consists of a per-ticket parking fee. Each option has<\/span>\u00a0a different price point.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Larger vehicles with three people or more will pay $18 per car. Overnight parking is prohibited in all areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Some Parking Tips<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The lots usually open two hours before the gate opening time, and we suggest that attendees arrive as early as possible to secure a convenient parking space. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The best way to secure a spot is by getting there as early as the lots open, especially for big acts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VIP parking will undoubtedly be worth the cost for those who are not able to arrive early but are willing to spend more money.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those who want to avoid high prices can park in the Additional Parking area and take a free shuttle bus to the venue. Note that you\u2019ll probably have to walk back there after the concert.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avoid parking altogether by taking the PNC Bank Arts Center Shuttle, located at the Aberdeen\/Matawan train station, which rides free of charge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tailgating Rules<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tailgating is permitted in the PNC Arena parking lots but is limited to the area directly in front of or behind your car or truck. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are many <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/restaurants-bars-jersey-shore-open-summer-2025\/\">alcohol<\/a> enforcement patrols inside and outside of the venue, so <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">be sure everyone is 21 years of age when tailgating. Empty parking spaces cannot be used for tailgating or playing games, and guests are not allowed to reserve additional spaces for others. Event attendees are permitted to bring their own s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mall bags\/backpacks no larger than 16x16x8; cameras \u2014 nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses; small umbrellas, and water \u2014 up to 1 gallon in a factory-sealed or empty bottle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Items NOT allowed to be brought into the <a href=\"https:\/\/thelocalgirl.com\/jerseyshore\/best-wedding-venues-jersey-shore-new-jersey\/\">venue<\/a> include weapons of any kind, alcohol, illegal drugs\/substances, glass and metal containers, cans, hard-sided\/large coolers, large or oversized bags\/backpacks (bags larger than 16x16x8), laser pointers, GoPro cameras, chairs of any kind, animals (except service animals), fireworks, iPads, or selfie sticks. Unfortunately, the PNC Bank Arts Center no longer allows guests to bring their own lawn chairs.
