Annual Father's Day Cruise to the Jersey Shore Car Show on the Oceanfront | 100 Ocean Avenue North, Long Branch
The 30th Annual Father's Day Cruise to the Jersey Shore Car Show on the Oceanfront is happening at the Long Branch Promenade. The event takes place from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and it's $15.00 to enter a car + free for those who just want to watch. If taking dad, expect a mix of custom, classic, and race cars. There will also be prizes awarded, a DJ, and proceeds will go to supporting the Ronald McDonald House of Central + Northern New Jersey.
Asbury Park Circuit | Asbury Park
The Asbury Park Circuit is a Jersey Shore staple community event. The Asbury Park Circuit occurs 'when the weather is good' on Thursday nights, from dusk to sundown in Asbury Park near Wonder Bar. The Asbury Park Circuit is a fun pre-father's day activity for the dad who is a vintage car enthusiast. IYKYK: It's hard to miss the location as there's usually a good showing of cars and hubs of people chatting and playing music.
Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce Car Show | First Avenue, Atlantic Highlands
The Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce Car Show is happening on June 14th. If taking dad, expect vendors, music, food trucks, and trophies for the registrants. All makes, models, and years are welcome, and the pre-registration, available until May 31st, is found here. Day-of registration + parking runs from 8:00 AM until 10:00 AM, and the show is from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.FYI: the pre-registration fee is $15.00, those who register day-of pay $20.00, and the car show is free for spectators.

Daddy and Me Tea Party at Mathis House | 600 Main Street, Toms River
Mathis House is a Victorian bed + breakfast and tea room in Toms River. On June 4th, from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM, it's hosting a Father's Day Tea Party. The menu features gourmet tea, chocolate chip scones, and bite-sized desserts. Mutiny BBQ is a craft smokehouse with two locations in Asbury Park. Mutiny is a staple stop in the Jersey Shore known for its small batch BBQ featuring flavors and techniques stemming from Texas, the Carolinas, Memphis, Kansas City, and Louisiana. If dad likes the low-key vibe, JSG recommends its 5th Avenue location, a hidden gem that's also BYOB. For the dad who prefers a lively beach experience, JSG recommends Mutiny Beach, which is inside the Convention Hall.

Seastreak is a ferry located in the Highlands. For Jersey Shore dads who are Mets fans, the ferry ride from the Highlands to Citi Field makes it a more convenient option than driving to Queens (IYKYK: that traffic can be brutal).
