Ada's Gojjo in Asbury Park is known for its fusion of Ethiopian and Dominican cuisine. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that celebrates both cultures through food. Ada’s serves a wide range of traditional dishes made with fresh ingredients, from delicious appetizers and tasty salads to inspired entrees and decadent desserts. The owner of Ada’s Gojjo — Adanech Asghedom — will be opening a second restaurant in Asbury Park on Cookman Avenue in 2025. According to the Asbury Park Press, the new venture will serve vegan Ethiopian food.

The founders of KYDS — Mychal Mills and Rodney Salomo — provide holistic wellness programming for school educators, administration, educators, parents, and the community. "As a Black woman, I understand the challenges that women of color face in finding spaces that prioritize self-care and provide a life that is full of ease and joy," Jen said in a statement about Woodhouse, according to Patch. Services can be booked on the Woodhouse Spa website.
